Privacy Notice
Effective and last updated: August 12, 2026
This notice covers the public Duskbridge corporate website at duskbridge.com, duskbridge.ai, duskbridge.net, their www hostnames, and the associated Render hostname. It does not replace the separate notices of Viceroy NM, Trunnion AI, or another Duskbridge operating company.
1. Operator and contact
Duskbridge operates this corporate website from Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States. To submit a privacy request or ask a privacy question, use thecontact form and select “Privacy request.” Please do not send passwords, payment information, health data, government identifiers, FCI, CUI, classified information, or other sensitive material through the public form.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you send an inquiry, we collect your name, company if supplied, business email address, inquiry category, message, confirmation that you saw this notice, and related submission details. The form is for business and rights-related communications; it does not enroll you in marketing.
Analytics information, only with permission
If you accept analytics, our Duskbridge-owned analytics service processes page URLs and titles, canonical URL, referrer, campaign parameters, page interactions, CTA and outbound link clicks, form-progress metadata, scroll depth, browser and device characteristics, viewport size, performance measurements, client errors, approximate location derived from network headers, and randomly generated anonymous and session identifiers.
Form contents, including your name, email address, and message, are not placed in analytics event properties. Our form service processes the network address transiently to protect the service and stores a salted hash rather than the raw address in the inquiry record.
3. Why we use information
- Route, review, and respond to the inquiry you requested.
- Protect the website, form service, and analytics service from abuse and failure.
- With permission, understand site use, campaign attribution, content performance, accessibility signals, and technical errors.
- Maintain business records, enforce our terms, and meet legal or regulatory obligations.
Duskbridge does not use this website's analytics for targeted advertising, does not run advertising pixels here, and does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
4. Cookies, storage, and privacy choices
The site stores one necessary browser record named duskbridge_privacy_choice_v1to remember your analytics choice and the notice version. If you accept analytics, the analytics SDK also stores an anonymous identifier, attribution details, a visit count, and a session identifier using local or session storage. It does not use advertising cookies.
Analytics starts only after acceptance. Rejecting or later disabling analytics stops future analytics events and removes Duskbridge analytics identifiers and attribution records from browser storage. You can reopen at any time. When a browser sends Global Privacy Control, analytics remains off and the control cannot be overridden while that signal is active.
5. Service providers and recipients
Render hosts this site and the supporting services. Duskbridge's Trunnion analytics platform receives permitted analytics events and securely stores contact inquiries. Authorized Duskbridge personnel and, when necessary to answer your request, the relevant Duskbridge operating company may receive an inquiry. Vendors may process information only for hosting, security, operations, or the service requested, subject to applicable contractual controls.
6. Retention
Contact inquiries are scheduled for deletion 24 months after the last submission unless a longer period is needed for an active business relationship, legal obligation, security matter, dispute, or legal hold. Detailed analytics events are scheduled for deletion after 13 months. Aggregated, de-identified measurements may be retained longer. Your browser keeps its privacy choice until you change it, clear site data, or a new notice version requires another choice.
7. Your choices and privacy rights
Depending on where you live and which law applies, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or an appeal, and to opt out of certain uses. Duskbridge does not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising on this site. Submit a request through the contact form using “Privacy request.” We may verify the request in a way proportionate to the information at issue and will not discriminate against you for exercising an applicable right.
8. Security
Duskbridge uses HTTPS, origin-restricted form and analytics requests, public write-key validation, payload limits, rate limits, hashed network identifiers, and access controls designed to protect this website's records. No internet service can promise absolute security. Do not submit prohibited or highly sensitive information through the public form.
9. Children
This corporate website is directed to business, government, investor, partner, press, and employment audiences, not children under 13. Duskbridge does not knowingly use this site to collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child submitted information here.
10. International visitors
The site is operated from the United States. If you visit from another country, information may be processed in the United States. The opt-in analytics control is used as a high-protection baseline, but this notice does not state that Duskbridge actively targets or offers services in every country.
11. Changes to this notice
Duskbridge will update the date above when this notice changes. A material change to analytics purposes, vendors, or categories will trigger a new privacy choice where appropriate. Prior versions and release evidence are retained in the website repository.
