The creation of Duskbridge moved group ownership, capital allocation, and portfolio governance into a dedicated parent company while leaving day-to-day execution with the operating companies.
Caleb remains focused on the structural questions behind durable technology businesses: which dependencies a company should control, how governance changes architecture, and how distinct federal and enterprise routes can support one group without blurring their operating disciplines.
